Greenhome Accredited Assessor
We are appointed by BRANZ (The Building Research Association of New Zealand Incorporated), under their Green Homes Scheme, to assess the environmental performance of new homes. We evaluate and assess building designs and specification for energy use, water efficiency, sustainable materials, indoor pollutants, waste disposal, etc., to ensure that they give a more comfortable home through careful design and that the owner has a more energy efficient home which helps to promote sustainable development.
