Taipa Residence

Arcline Architecture worked with KPH Construction on this large renovation project on the Taipa Beachfront.

A little history – the building was previously the Taipa Sands Motel, until the current owners bought it. The motel closed down so they bought the property and engaged Arcline Architecture to help them transform it into the stunning beachfront home that it is now. 

The Arcline Team designed for the existing motel to be stripped down to its bare shell then rebuilt by KPH Construction into an amazing home. All that’s left of the existing Motel is some block walls and foundations. 

The lower storey consists of connected six car garaging, another separate garage, a fully furbished man cave, the laundry and a guest suite. 

Upstairs is the lounge, dining & outdoor areas, kitchen, scullery, master bedroom and other bedrooms, along with a lift between the ground and first floors. 

Separate to the main residence is a large garage with the capacity for around eight more vehicles, decorated into an old-times street scene with streetlamps and verandas around the internal walls of the garage. 

Also separate is the feature pool with the stunning pool cabana on positioned right in the center of it. Floating tiled pavers lead the way to this fully equipped entertaining area with a pizza oven, BBQ, kitchenette and seating area, the perfect place to enjoy a summers evening. 

To top it all off, just over the 30 metre grass reserve in front of the home is the golden sands of Taipa Beach, looking out to the amazing Doubtless Bay.
